Fixes the issue that with jasmine 3.4.0 build.xml is not written, as node is terminated before the docuWriter is done writing the build.xml
Also updates dependencies as much as possible to newer versions. There are a few failing tests, which I'm unsure are new to fail, as I was unable to reproduce the build with the current state of the develop branch.
