A modern Next.js application demonstrating Scalekit's enterprise authentication capabilities. This example showcases how to implement SSO authentication flows in a React/Next.js application using the app router.

Scalekit provides auth and actions on behalf of users, with 500+ connectors and 20,000+ tools.

🚀 Quick Start

Prerequisites

1. Sign up for a Scalekit account
2. Get your env_url, client_id and client_secret from the Scalekit dashboard

Installation

# Clone the repository
git clone https://github.com/scalekit-developers/scalekit-nextjs-demo.git
cd scalekit-nextjs-demo

# Install dependencies
npm install
# or
yarn install
# or
pnpm install
# or
bun install

Configuration

1. Copy the environment variables:

cp .env.example .env.local

2. Update .env.local with your Scalekit credentials:

SCALEKIT_ENV_URL=your_env_url
SCALEKIT_CLIENT_ID=your_client_id  
SCALEKIT_CLIENT_SECRET=your_client_secret

Development

Run the development server:

npm run dev
# or
yarn dev
# or
pnpm dev
# or
bun dev

Open http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.
