This pull request adds streaming capability to the text-to-speech engine. The goal is to improve responsiveness by processing and playing audio chunks incrementally as they are generated.
• Introduced phonemizeStream, an async generator for streaming phonemization.
• Updated textToSpeech to handle both streaming and non-streaming execution paths.
• Modified frontend logic to handle chunked audio playback with proper queueing.
• UI updates after stream completion to re-enable controls and hide chunk info.
• All audio chunks are merged into a downloadable file post-stream.
