This repository provides an example of using the OpenICE-lite Core to collect data from a Masimo Rad-8 device and publish through the MQTT broker.
In order to run the application, you need:
- Java 1.8 installed
- MQTT Broker credential
You can configure the application via the included masimo.properties
file. Detailed options can be referred from OpenICE-lite Core API documentation. These are some basic options:
project_name
: default root for the MQTT topicbroker
: MQTT broker address (in the form oftcp://address:port
, separated by commas if using a broker cluster)username
: (optional) user name to login to the MQTT brokerpassword
: (optional) password to login to the MQTT brokerdevice-port
: serial port identifier (e.g., ttyUSB0)
To run the application, execute the following commands:
- On Unix system
./gradlew run
- On Windows system
gradlew.bat run
