Article 016: reducing hallucinations through evidence checks (RU / EN / zh-CN)

The journal needs a source-backed explanation of how our repositories can constrain unsupported agent conclusions without claiming that trace integrity proves factual truth.

This change adds Article 016 in Russian, English and Simplified Chinese, with pinned CML, ContractGraph-QA, PythiaLabs and LiminalQA sources. It distinguishes implemented components, local reproduction and a proposed model experiment. No model hallucination-reduction percentage is claimed.

The evidence package preserves six existing native seed cases: two CML approval-lineage traces and four CGQA payment-recovery traces. All expected classifications matched, and two evaluations produced identical results. No model API, real tool action or payment was executed.

The article is linked from all three homepages and Issue 001; its three routes enter translation parity and append-only publication history. A small deterministic builder renders the Markdown editions using the existing renderer. Publication build triggers include that builder.

Validation: complete publication build; SEO; search indexing; RSS; analytics-disabled contract; 1,591 local references; translation parity; corrections history against the base; JavaScript syntax; native evidence hash reopen. The GitHub tree matches the locally validated tree: 74c90120abf1e6f85ac0ba1a3f301494c9cc3815. Remote CI is assessed separately.

Limitations: local author-side seed replay only; PythiaLabs and LiminalQA execution not run; model experiment not run; no independent linguistic review or browser QA. Documentation does not authorize external financial actions or certify production safety.
