Core thesis:

Multi-agent coordination should keep ownership, causal read basis, recipient reachability, predecessor CAS, and recipient acknowledgement as separate facts.

The strongest claims to challenge are:

1. Ownership does not imply reachability.
2. Unread predecessor is not the same failure as a CAS conflict.
3. A diagnostic that exists internally but is absent from the sender's decision path is not an operational signal.
4. A handoff should not be considered committed merely because a new owner was named.

The executable distinction deliberately preserves the upstream asymmetric observation:

writer never read claimed predecessor
→ BLOCKED_UNREAD_PREDECESSOR

writer read predecessor, then head advanced
→ BLOCKED_CAS_CONFLICT

The motivating low-concurrency log check did not reproduce the second class as the proposed race pattern; that negative observation remains preserved rather than being rewritten into confirmation.

A concrete counterexample to the separation is more valuable than an Agree vote.
