Purpose
Creates an isolated exact-run context for the Cursor public audit defined in PR #92.
The PR changes only the caller trigger so the reusable workflow executes under its own
refs/pull/...concurrency key and artifact namespace.Scope
Five official public targets × desktop/mobile:

Public passive quality/accessibility evidence only. No login, account, download, installer, subscription, model request, codebase indexing, agent execution, Bugbot, forms, direct APIs, fuzzing, load testing, or security testing.
