docs: unify research navigation and archive original CaPU–ATMAN evidence

Documentation/data only. Adds shared README / Russian START_HERE / RESEARCH_INDEX / PROJECT_STATUS / REPOSITORY_GUIDE and preserves the previous README by exact blob 25a77aa66b701d52b2877231e626e2e304147759.

Durable historical evidence

evidence/capu-atman/2026-09-05/ contains four lossless gzip streams: original v1 result JSON and test log, original v2 result JSON and test log. MANIFEST records compressed/original sizes and SHA-256, pinned source revisions, embedded-result digests and archival provenance. All four remote blob identities matched local calculation; decompression matched original bytes. Eight recorded source hashes matched the supplied source package.

Historical observations: v1 55 tests / 288 comparisons; v2 28 tests / 14 scenarios / 37 paired observations. No rerun, CI artifact download, independent attestation, CPU advantage or production claim is made. Original source ZIP packages are not duplicated because code is pinned in existing Git commits.

Strict boundaries

PR #103 and #104 code heads remain unchanged, draft and unmerged. Their native Codex review remains quota-blocked, not approved. This PR does not include laboratory executable files, dependencies, workflows, settings, PR retargeting, branch retirement or code promotion.

Post-publication archival verification — 2026-09-05

Checked the evidence directory at merged commit a46a8a3300100e27e4b0a78bb3d3796a83c09432 against the four supplied original conversation attachments.

Method: regenerate deterministic gzip bytes locally, calculate the Git blob object IDs, compare them with the repository's returned blob IDs, and decompress locally back to the exact original attachment bytes. 4/4 blob identities matched; 4/4 originals recovered byte-for-byte.

Re-read #103 and #104: both remain draft/unmerged at 977864167c65f161e6db87b3d14257a11a67516f and 8a2f2a37023a50aeac52cb8c8aed84b2eeceec88. No source mutation or code-review approval is introduced by this archival verification.

No runtime suite rerun, downloaded CI artifact verification, independent attestation, completeness proof or stronger recovery claim is made.
