Seems like the layout changes in #2235, broke our "small viewport" (aka mobile) detection.
Let's fix that by using
window.outerWidthinstead ofwindow.innerWidth.Interestingly I can only reproduce the issue on Firefox desktop if I use the "Adaptive view". Reducing the window size doesn't suffice.
