Additional details

It appears that if build-std is used for a tier3 target, docs.rs still tries to download the target (which doesn't exist) and then aborts on the download failure.

Currently blocked on rust-lang/wg-cargo-std-aware#22 and rust-lang/rustwide#66

Is this still an issue?

I see that recent builds of the crate succeeded, but with a different target than the one mentioned in the build logs here.

Yes, this is still blocked on rustwide support.
