Summary

  • amend R4 so the validation-cell close and disk release are the sole acceptance leg
  • record R10 as dropped while retaining the inert Slack lane as history
  • correct C1 to the measured 35m33s and 44m25s local totals and document the reviewer timeout consequence
  • record R6 as PARTIAL after accepted Azure cross-family-primary review azure-r4-respond-285 completed the Codex-model leg
  • keep the non-Codex-model R6 leg explicitly owed and avoid attributing either C1 timing to an unrecorded reviewer family
  • replace stale claims that the merged feat(crosscheck): add R6 SHA addendum and status #287 status command was absent with its lock-free, state-free serving-family view

Verification

  • relevant validation, Crosscheck, Azure Crosscheck, and Slack behavior suites
  • focused Crosscheck status and R6/Azure claim checks after the final docs-only update
  • full pinned shell lint across 251 scripts
  • diff checks and focused claim checks

R4's acceptance becomes the single validation cell reaching close with its
worktree disk released, per the owner's 2026-08-21 amendment; the
runner-offload lane is recorded as an optimisation rather than a second
required leg, and the superseded sentence is kept inline. R4's status prose
and the order-of-work entry stop implying two required legs.

R10 is recorded as DROPPED by the owner on 2026-08-21, with the Slack lane
noted as in-tree and inert without its tokens and no acceptance owed; the
section body is retained as history.

C1's "6m13s, faster than the band" reading is corrected: instrumented
serving-lane reviews recorded 35m33s and 44m25s totals with 99.7% and 99.6%
respectively in reviewer, which sits above the 20-to-30-minute band. The
1800s default FM_CROSSCHECK_REVIEWER_TIMEOUT_SECONDS would kill such a
review, and 5400 is recorded as what operators use.
