SiEd-Dana v0.10.0-beta4

The first beta release of SiEd-Dana! The main changes between this version and the original SiEd 0.10.0_beta3 release from April 2005 are primarily to take full advantage of the AlphaSmart Dana's 560x160 pixel screen resolution. As most changes in this release version are cosmetic only, this release most likely still contains any and all bugs that were already present in SiEd 0.10.0_beta3.

Edit: This is a very minor re-release to fix a few lingering copyright strings within the program to reflect the new project name and to update the bundled documentation. Otherwise, it's exactly the same as the previous v0.10.0-beta4 release.
