- Change github.com/russross/blackfriday dependency to github.com/gomarkdown/markdown because of low maintainability and until Add Math support (MathJaX) to blackfriday.v2 russross/blackfriday#412 will be merged.
- Add MathJaX javascript from the CDN into the template.
