Add multi cursor add, set and color functions

This adds these functions:

• setTerminalCursorSecondaryColor
• resetAllTerminalSecondaryCursors
• addTerminalSecondaryCursor

and related rendering code.

Also, a minor refactoring to add a Cursor type for a little more consistent cursor handle.
