This PR fixes a bug with IdP imports where not including the redirectAfterFormPostURI attribute in the import (at least on updates) would cause it to throw an HTTP 500 error.
Tests in the CLI needed to be updated as well to pass, so there is a PR in the CLI with those updates.
Merge in this PR first so that the pipeline can pass.
