When using the
frodo journey exportcommand, journeys weren't being exported correctly, causing errors during import (see this issue). This PR is meant to replace this PR as the real fix for the issue, since the fix in that PR affects the imports where the real problem was with the exports not being right to begin with. Note that journey exports done with thefrodo config exportcommand are already in the correct format, so no changes were made there.
