Dont realy merge this request, its mostly to provide you with my basic code start
This still needs to be fixed and wont work as-is. This was a preliminary code update I tried to make it at least compatible with the latest floodlight codebase... (cp dhcpserver folder into the floodlight git repo )
Then to load module, need to add some entries in various module files
