Description
Extracts the inline bounty-creation form from
App.tsxinto a dedicatedBountyCreationForm.tsxcomponent. The refactor preserves the existing client-side validation, error messaging, and submission behavior while keeping the existing API integration inApp.tsx.Closes #822.
