navbar photos show filename on mouseover

This just seems to be a manifestation of the underlying problem addressed in issue #18.

@khipkin There's a connection there, but I think these are slightly different issues. Regardless of what the title or description text was, I don't think we want it showing up in hovertext when mousing over pictures in the navbar.
