Migrating to ``DeployedDataResolver`` does not work at the moment because the data is not deplayed by the Rime deployer. This reverts commit 5c793c9.

In order to support dynamic deployment with user dictionary involved, the first step is to move the expected location of binary db from
"rime user dir"to"rime user dir"/build.
