Added a new import-miqdomain script.

I'd prefer if this functionality was folded into the existing 'miqimport' and 'miqexport' commands.

As of now, miqimport/miqexport take an argument to operate on existing object types:

Available Object Types:
  dialogs                          Import service dialogs.
  service_catalogs                 Import service catalogs.
  roles                            Import user roles.
  tags                             Import tags.
  buttons                          Import buttons.
  customization_templates          Import customization templates.
  reports                          Import custom reports.
  policies                         Import policies.
  domain <name>                    Import the specified domain from the
                                   <importsource> directory. <name> MUST
                                   be specified.

Could you look into porting your command into the miqimport/export commands?

Maybe I'm wrong, but it looks as if these features were eventually (somehow) merged [1]. Shouldn't this PR be closed?
