We use this same example in RmzTabM, so we include it inside the package.

I would maybe add a bit of a "outlook" part discussing what using a standardized results format brings to the field and maybe also mentioning that in the future we will also be able to export directly from the xcms object in a similar way ? As you want. it doesn't have to be long but we need to motivate why people would want to do this.
