Since this is a new tutorial, can you please add a test? To do that, add a file cont_tests/tests.txt with the name of at least 1 script. You can compare to ctmc/tests.txt. The test should check that a tutorial test script runs successfully for 1 generation.

These tests are run from the script run_tutorial_tests.sh. That script contains logic to change the number of generations to 1 during the test, so please check that this works for your test script.

I will put the tutorial on hold and wait till the branch of revbayes I have been working on has merged with the development branch. Thanks a lot for your help!
