Enable FileObject and blocking mode by default

This PR introduces a new breaking 1.0 branch for us to track the release of a 1.0 of the Replicate SDK, this contains a breaking API change to introduce the FileObject by default.

The intention is to cut a 1.0.0-beta1 from this branch.
