capcut translate now defaults to claude-haiku-5-5 (was claude-haiku-4-5-20251001).

Haiku 5.5 thinks by default and counts about 30% more tokens for the same text, so the request sets output_config: { effort: "low" } and raises max_tokens from 4096 to 16000, which keeps long caption batches from being cut off. No other behavior changes.

Local run on macOS: 1,134 of 1,135 tests pass and lint is clean. The one local failure, sync-timelines "refuses --apply while the editor is running", is macOS killing the copied /bin/sleep used as a fake CapCut process (exit 137), independent of this change.
