Since
ocaml_frontend/ail_analysis.mlis only used by, and too specialized for, Fulminate, the function has been moved to the CN repository: https://github.com/rems-project/cn/blob/41ee9a587c2da3b0d0e1a671a2c8fab4332bb7a1/lib/fulminate/fulminate.mlAs this module is no longer used, this patch removes the entire file.
