Update to serde 1 and disable it by default
Implement ContextProvider for Vec and add bind methods accepting slices of variables. Also add bind4 and bind5 for convenience.
This seems to fix deserializing from JSON.
`bindn` and `deserialize_any`
Add factorial and log10
