This is an feature that'll be conditionally (based on modificationCount, totalCommitCount, & periodInDays props) rendering the 'flake mark' text on top of Card & Viewer components.

Hi @wadackel, could you please review this pull request?
We have a need of this feature in Atlassian due to the sheer amount of VR tests we have in our team and knowing which ones are existing flakes and how badly each one is flaking are very important information for us to rely on & maintain our VR test coverage.
