Jdt schema cannot display images. #4489

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When browsing referenced libraries, most resources work fine, however, images do not display. This is because the jdt uri schema is registered as a text document provider which doesen't work for images.

Describe the solution you'd like
Instead of using a text document provider, use a file system provider, so that vscode can determine how to display it.
