The helm configuration has been in disrepair for some time now due to lack of usage and resources to maintain it. However, it is being flagged by dependabot for out-of-date insecure dependencies, so it is being removed from the repository altogether. Change-Id: I4d3f3d97058d4890119e9d7c622615994934da76
