This PR upgrades the UPnP discovery component's dependencies to support libsoup3 by adding support for gssdp-1.6 and gupnp-1.6, while maintaining backward compatibility with the older libsoup-2.4/gssdp-1.2/gupnp-1.2 stack. The change allows the build system to automatically select the newer library stack when available on the system.
Changes:
- Added CMake logic to detect and prefer libsoup-3.0/gssdp-1.6/gupnp-1.6 stack
- Maintained fallback to libsoup-2.4/gssdp-1.2/gupnp-1.2 stack for systems with older libraries
- No C++ code changes required as the APIs used are stable across versions
