Adding new RDEPENDS entries changes the packagegroup output, but the recipe version/revision (PV/PR) is unchanged. If this packagegroup is published in an IPK/RPM feed, clients may not pick up the updated dependency list without a PR/PV bump. Consider incrementing PR (or PV, per your release process) alongside this dependency change so upgrades pull in the new packages.
