This PR updates RF4CE controller handling to capture/report IRDB TV/AVR codes that are manually set on remotes by syncing those codes into the controller’s stored IRDB entry-id/name attributes.
Changes:
- On IRDB status updates (non-XR19 controllers), persist the TV and/or AVR IRDB code strings into the controller’s IRDB entry-id/name fields.
