BSSIDs managed by the EM+ Agent shall include the BSS Load element as defined in Section 9.4.2.27 of IEEE 802.11-2020. This information is required to be part of the Channel Scan Report Message.
Currently, the BSS Load element is not included in RDK OneWiFi (validated on Banana Pi). This fix introduces a compiler flag that enables the bss_load_update_period configuration, thereby adding the BSS Load element to the probe response frames.
