feat(portal): forms in the pill language; action buttons rounded to match (#22, slice 2)

What this changes (slice 2 of #22)

• Forms: inputs, selects and checkboxes on Users, Login, Profile, Settings, the Node configuration panel and the Node dialogs use the base classes from slice 1; the two shared inputCls constants (Settings, Node configuration) point to them.
• Buttons: with the fields rounded, the square buttons next to them read as a different control — Save / Restore default beside every setting. Every action button is now rounded-full; only the corner token changed (68 buttons, 22 files), colour and size stay. Buttons that are list rows or menu items — sidebar Sign out, migration target, IGDB results, analytics picker — keep square corners.

How it was verified

• Clean node:22 container: tsc --noEmit, vitest (733 passing), npm run build.
• Deployed to a test cluster and checked in a browser: Users (new-user form), Settings, Health & Metrics.
