  • Forward port (cherry-pick) of 76b5a48 from Fix failing e2e tests #16260
    • notification change not needed
  • fix isn't actually needed in this pr, but needs to be in master for when we branch and it is needed

Fix failing harvester e2e test

- failing test was fetching extension versions via api and then expecting them to match extension version options offered to user
- this was not the case, as the api does not filter out invalid extensions
  - rancher 2.12 is not compatible with harvester 1.7.0
