In the below screenshot: the left one is old branches and the right one is new branches. The red colour means it's deleted from the old branch. Could you please tell me why you deleted the old branch? Can you get it back?

Hey @shaoweisong , For sanity check, please add a few comparison plots. For this pick the two same root files (one official one and another from this custom nanoAOD) then compare the following distributions between the two:
