…njection Adds the randomized and realistic-gsm8k FT e2e scenarios (scenario_ft_random / scenario_realistic_gsm8k) plus their per-mode CI entry tests, the conftest_ft fault_injection helper (control-server-driven periodic fault injector: spawn_fault_injector / RecoveryGate / cell_is_alive) that only these failure-injecting scenarios use, and its fast unit test under tests/fast/e2e/ft/.
