It turns out that the Apache 2.0 LICENSE file in this repository is not complete. It lacks an appendix that is supposed to be kept intact. This is a trivial problem, but we may as well fix it so that certain check programs don't fail.

This is a silly and trivial thing. It turns out that the Apache 2.0 LICENSE file in this repository is not complete: it lacks an appendix that is supposed to be kept intact. To avoid any potential legal consequences, however improbable, we may as well fix it.
(Doing this now as a test that the change of the default branch name from
mastertomaindid not break workflows or other automation on GitHub.)
