根据 Issue 讨论以及朋友近期接到的医院电话反馈，对上海 411 医院性别重置手术的入院及伦理审查流程进行了更新。
主要变动：
入院预约：更新为护士台主动联系并分配入院时间，不再是停药后由患者主动致电约定。
伦理审查/家长联系：
注： 相关信息源自朋友近期收到的医院通知电话。虽然无法完全排除护士表述中可能存在的“话术”成分，但本次修改如实记录了护士目前的官方说法，供大家参考风险。
