Summary

Added README documentation and 216-line test suite for the OpenRouter agent provider.

Changes

Complete README with setup, configuration, and usage examples
216-line test suite covering auth, model selection, streaming, error handling
Tested against live OpenRouter API (we use this provider daily in production)

Why

OpenRouter is a key provider for agent cost optimization. This gives users proper docs and confidence in the integration.
