Implement Digistore24 affiliate adapter

Summary

• Replace the Digistore24 affiliate stub with real API-backed product resolution, tracked buy URL creation, and affiliate stats aggregation.
• Use Digistore24's documented X-DS-API-KEY header, /getProduct, /listProducts, /createBuyUrl, /statsAffiliateToplist, /statsClicksAndEarningsByDateAndCampaignKey, and /listTransactions operations.
• Add mocked adapter coverage for API-key validation, product resolution, buy URL tracking params, and aggregate stats.
