I think Kolivro could also be among the recommended sites, for the following reasons:

• It is one of the few websites that are in Spanish on the subject of privacy (it is not the same to read with translator).

• It is published in Write.as and Writefreely Privacy Tools.

• The published guides can be easily followed.

@oldphones68 lately, the site is not being rebuilt when new commits are merged into Master. This issue has required manual intervention from our admins, who have busy lives outside of running PrivacyTools. I'm just as frustrated as you are that we cannot update the site.
