Fixes broken links, script placements, and adds a root redirect to make the static task management app runnable.
The static HTML/CSS app was not opening due to incorrect registration link paths, missing Ionicons scripts, and CSS links placed outside the
<head>. Additionally,onclickhandlers on buttons inindex.htmlwere undefined, preventing navigation. A new rootindex.htmlwas added to simplify launching the app.
