This PR updates the Docusaurus configuration to migrate the deprecated onBrokenMarkdownLinks option from the root configuration to the newer markdown.hooks location, following Docusaurus API changes.
- Removes the deprecated root-level
onBrokenMarkdownLinksconfiguration option - Adds
markdown.hooksconfiguration section with bothonBrokenMarkdownLinksandonBrokenMarkdownImagesset to'throw'
