What does this PR do?

This PR adds a Contact feature to the application.
It allows users to send messages or queries directly through the app, improving communication between users and the support team.

Navigate to the Contact section in the app.

Fill in the message form with valid inputs.

Click Send and verify that the message is successfully submitted.

Check that validation works for empty or invalid fields.
