This PR fixes the hover colors of the social media icons in the Header and Contact sections to match their official brand colors.

How should this be tested?

1. Open the project locally and navigate to the Header and Contact sections.
2. Hover over each social media icon (YouTube, GitHub, Twitter, LinkedIn).
3. Verify that:
   - YouTube icon hover = Red (#FF0000)
   - GitHub icon hover = Dark Black (#040204)
   - Twitter icon hover = Sky Blue (#00B6F1)
   - LinkedIn icon hover = Blue (#0077B5)
4. Ensure scaling and hover animations remain smooth.
