This pull request updates the library to version 0.3.3, which brings the following changes:
installtarget toMakefile, allowing the library to be installed (to/usr/local). This should also reduce the steps needed to add the necessary artifacts for a Debian package. Adds artifacts to create a Debian package #4README.md, which now contains parts of the documentation of the library to make the usage easier.No API changes were made.
