This PR updates the stubs for Yoast SEO 24.6 and does it's best to account for new vendor_prefixed deps
It also updates for php >=8.1 as all php 7 versions are EOL
A small additional fix is support for MacOS by adding empty strings to the sed command to prevent multi-file outputs when running generate.sh on Mac systems.
