fix(engine): retain look-result loop members - #7285

Investigator 1 reviewed 30 assigned PRs (all in phase-rs/phase). Five PRs with full patch mode (7216, 7227, 7209, 7149, 7133) were reviewed at the patch level and found clean — changes match PR descriptions with no suspicious execution paths, network calls, dependencies, or obfuscation. The remaining 25 PRs in the shard lacked sufficient patch evidence (metadata-only or truncated preview mode), including multiple engine and AI core changes. No malicious signals were found in the reviewed patches, but the shard alone cannot confidently rule out risk in the unreviewed engine-path changes. Contributor holds MEMBER status in the org.
